just follow these 4 easy steps:

1st: Make sure you have Java installed on your computer (you can download it here)

3rd: this app will run on your computer with java and download, install, then run itself.

4th: Now click File > Open and select the .jar file you want.

5th: That's it! The app is running on your PC
